200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training: Become a Certified Instructor Join us at the University of British Columbia - Okanagan Campus for an educational deep dive into your yoga practice. Each day begins with meditation, breathwork and movement followed by lectures on yoga history, anatomy, philosophy and teaching methodology. The afternoons include a yoga class and posture breakdowns, with hands-on 1:1 guidance. Certified with the Yoga Alliance . Deepen your practice, invest in your growth. DETAILS Training Dates: Alternating weekends September 11-13, September 18-20, October 2-4, October 16-18, October 30-November 1, November 13-15, November 27-29. Fridays 5:30 - 8:00 PM, Saturdays & Sundays 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM Certification Weekend: November 28 and 29 is held at El Refugio Retreat Center, 488 Bailey Road, Vernon BC, includes outdoor wood-fired sauna, hot tub, and cold plunge.
